Understanding your plan limits and upgrading

Learn what each plan includes, how to check your current usage, and how to upgrade when you need more.

View your current usage

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Settings". On the Settings page, choose the "Plan & Usage" tab. You will see a summary of your current plan, how many transcripts you have used this month, and your remaining allowance.

Understand the Starter plan

Starter is the free tier. It includes:

• 5 transcripts total
• TXT export only
• No folder organisation

Ideal for casual users who want to try the product.

Understand the Pro plan

Pro is designed for content creators and students. It includes:

• 10 transcripts per month
• TXT and PDF export
• Folder organisation
• Unlimited transcript retention
• Share links

Understand the Studio plan

Studio is for power users and small teams. It includes:

• 40 transcripts per month
• TXT, PDF, and SRT export
• Folder organisation and sharing
• Notes on transcripts
• Share links with all expiry options including Never
• Priority processing queue

Understand the Enterprise plan

Enterprise is for organisations and large teams. It includes unlimited transcripts, all features, team management, SSO, custom retention policies, and a dedicated support contact. Contact us via Settings > Plan to get an Enterprise quote.

Upgrade your plan

On the "Plan & Usage" settings tab, click the "Upgrade" button next to the plan you want. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. After payment, your new limits are active immediately.
